We have a mixture of new and used lego from many themes and more parts are being added everyday. We have no minimum order value or handling fee. We offer free shipping on ANY UK order over £15. If you have any questions please do not hesistate to send us a message!
Feedback is greatly appreciated, and I only expect you to provide what you think is appropriate. That being said, if there is a problem, , I would hope that you would reach out to me to let me try and resolve your issue.
If you find that your order is missing an item please get in touch and we will work to send the missing part out as soon as possible
Shipping
Orders will be despatched/picked within 48 hours(This may be slightly longer for orders received on friday night or saturday due to the post office not being open on sunday).Lego will be shipped to bricklink addresses unless you provide an alternative address.. All international Large Letter orders over £80 get free shipping.
Flat Rate of 2.95 postage on any size order under £15. All Uk orders over £15 will get free shipping
Item conditions
New - New parts are from sealed Lego sets or the lego Pick A Brick wall. They have only been handled for sorting, storage and picking orders.
Used - Used parts may have some wear, scratches and slight discolouration. We hand check all parts to remove any parts that are in bad condition.
Minifigures - Used Minifigures will be packaged in separate bags assembled. New Minifigures will be packaged in separate bags unassembled (Unlesss stated otherwise in the comments).
Multiple lots may be combined into 1 bag, if you require separate bags for each lot please let us know by adding a message to your order.
If you wish to get in contact with us then please use the Brickowl messaging system as we do not always see emails straight away. Invoices must be paid within 5 days.
